Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The room exceeded expectations with spacious comfort for our weekend getaway. The breakfast selection was plentiful on the first day. however, it ran out early on the second. I recommend arriving early to avoid potential shortages. Overall, a pleasant experience despite minor hiccups.

We had a wonderful four-night stay, enjoying easy walks to nearby attractions like the iconic PNC Park and the thought-provoking Andy Warhol Museum, both just a comfortable stroll away. the staff was friendly and the room spacious, making it a perfect base for our weekend adventures in the city. it’s also nice to have various dining options just minutes from the hotel, although we did face some breakfast supply issues during our stay.

Dining options nearby were a treat! I swooped into Priory Fine Pastries for some heavenly pastries and got my fill at Legends Eatery after a day of exploring. The rooftop patio also added a sweet touch to our stay.

The parking lot could've used some TLC. weeds creeping through fresh mulch just ain't right. Plus, a smoking section away from the entrance would keep it classy for all the smokers out there!

One breakfast staff member had a rude attitude, which was disappointing. I noticed limited coffee options. the pots were often empty. Plus, the luggage cart had a broken wheel, making it tough to maneuver. One night, a function was taking place, and I couldn't enjoy the rooftop patio since it was locked with no one to help us. It felt chaotic at times, especially when a guest was trying to break in. That said, the cleanliness of the hotel stood out, and the staff, aside from one rude interaction, were generally helpful. Despite the inconveniences, there were good moments that balanced the experience.
